The facade of the Registered Civil Architectural Monument building in the Mecidiye neighborhood of Beşiktaş was suspended, and the dilapidated sections were demolished for restoration in accordance with the Board of Monuments' approval. Reinforced concrete well walls and foundations were constructed according to the static project, and the ground floor and above were constructed with wooden construction and restored.
