Our urban transformation project, which involves demolishing existing structures on a property located in the Halkalı Merkez neighborhood of Küçükçekmece, includes 109 residences of 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 layouts, and 5 commercial units.

The La Vie ISTANBUL Project features approximately 4,000 m2 of landscaped and social facilities, accessed through a single camera system and accessed from a single point. The complex includes a basketball and volleyball court, a walking track and indoor parking lot, a social facility consisting of an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a sauna, a children's playground, and pergolas.
