The Registered Civil Architectural Works building, which served as the Çetinkaya Transport Headquarters in the Cihangir neighborhood of Beyoğlu, was renovated into 12 residences and one commercial unit. Reinforcements were made according to the restoration project approved by the Board of Monuments, and the restoration of residential and commercial units was completed on a turnkey basis.
